Breaking Disney has acquired 21st Century Fox’s film and TV studios in a landmark deal

In television Star India-Sports,entertainment and movies, Disney for Kids under same umbrella of 'Disney Star India' most probably. Don't know whether espn left out from india or joins Star sports network. As Disney authorities said recently that they doesn't have immediate plans to rename 'fox brand' so Fox star studios may continue same for some time or renamed to something like 'Disney Star studios' or get merged to Disney pictures india.

Star will gain a few kids channels from the merger. But then there will be too many Hindi movie channels (Star: 4 SD, 2 HD; Disney: 2 SD, 1 HD; total: 9). And there will be 4 English GECs (1 SD, 3 HD). I hope SW Premiere HD is shut down and Disney International HD is retained as it is the better of the two channels.

Hope they bring more of Bizaardvark, Raven’s Home, Jessie, Bunk’d & Big Hero 6 on Disney International HD.☺
 
With everything under Control By Disney Can we expect merging of both Star & Disney Boquets??

If they are Merged there will be huge reach for Disneys own channels.
