I don't think Disney will not agree for valuation of 4.5 B USD due to failure of ICC tv rights deal with Zee (1.5 B USD). It may asks for 7 to 8 B USD as against 10 B USD.

What will happen is due to low valuation disney will sue zee.
This drama will take place and merger with RIL will get delayed.
