This is what I was searching from many days. Tata Sky CC told me that HD box supports HDMI CEC. But I was unable to operate HD box with my Sony Bravia Remote.
So I got the reason now with your reply bro. Because HD box not support HDMI CEC that's why Im unable to operate HD box with my Bravia TV remote.

Both Boxes Supports CEC But Not HD Boxes

PVR box does support changing channels using Sony TV remote. I have this setup and I use TV remote to change channels.
