DD should restart their analogue channels as almost all smart TV supports UHF/VHF signals. It won't require much antenna and all. They can collab with AIR's FM stations to establish the transmitter. Not everyone can afford a free dish and the portability of the free dish is still a concern.

Yes you are right they shutdown terrestrial transmission terrestrial DVB -T2 since 1 nov 2022 without any proper information it available 20 cites of country . Hence it digital technology is reliable on all weather conditions without interference . But this now no longer working india this is very great technology but our government only focus on DD free dish making many money only not considering on view er every one not capable to install antenna on roof because living on rented house but DVB-T2 work on small indoor antenna even on wire itself. Now every tv come with digital technology
