Its already set to indian format. You might have changed the format. Go to usercp - Edit options - Under date and time options change Date format to use default. Hopefully it will work.

You must have played with profile settings, like Sai Jai did!

Go to: Usercp > Edit Options > Thread View Options > Check Display images in posts. Images will be shown again.
