402 - Faulty Viewing Card Problem
i am facing ths problem what is the solution

Which country are you using the box ?
To problems for your fault...
1) card failure or not detected by stb
2) wrong card inserted in wrong box

Press menu• then help• then stb info and check whether you could view details of the card,box num and verifier key ...
If you get this then your card must be paired again?

please any expert share me dish antenna picture with receiving NSS6+Asiasat5 with mono block LNB. I can't Receive the signal tp 12702 V 40700 from asiasat 5.
or please tell me which side to keep side lnb from main lanb (from front or behind) ?
