So, in simple terms, the existing 'DSPORT' will continue to air everything as it is; under a new name '1SPORTS'. (

And, Discovery will launch a new channel on 14th Feb 2019 and will either call it 'DSPORT' or 'EUROSPORT' or 'EUROSPORT INDIA' (hopefully will launch an HD channel too sometime later) and will air original programming and other licensed sporting events on it, which are currently not on the existing channel. Also, they may go for some cricket acquisitions for quicker growth.
