The basic problem of VIDEOCON D2H is its packaging system. It does not provide a single good English Channel in its first two base packs. If one needs English Channels in one's pack one has to opt for New Diamond Pack @ RS 341 p.m. which is too costly. Look at other dths.

English Channels - Set Pix / Movies Now / Times Now / Al Jazeera English / CCTV News / Russia Today / Day & Night News / DW TV Asia + / NHK World / Fashion TV India / GOD TV.

11 English Channels on SUN DIRECT PLUS just @ RS 199 p.m.

DD DIRECT PLUS - Even DD Direct Plus which is a free DTH Service also provides the following English Channels at no monthly cost. News X / Russia Today / Day & Night News / DW TV Asia + / NHK World.

I don't speak baseless. I always provide facts and figures to support my statements. Just as I did here.

So to get English Channels in one's base pack a customer has to pay a minimum 350 bucks per month in VIDEOCON D2H which is too costly.

Why will I ? Just look at my previous reply. I have explained my point. I shall never vote for D2H untill it adds some English Channels in its New Gold Sports Pack. I prefer watching Times Now, Comedy Central, Star World, GOD TV, Russia Today etc and for all that I have to pay monthly 350 bucks. Huh ! Enough is enough ! I won't. Then, GOD TV & Russia Today two of my most favourite channels not available on D2H. Can you tell me in which pack NDTV 24X7, CNBCTV18 / VH One English / Prime Big CBS / Love Big CBS available on VIDEOCON D2H ? Also specify what is the monthly cost of that pack ? I generally vote for that DTH which provides my favourite Channels at a low cost.

My favourite channel list goes here- Star World / Comedy Central / Prime Big CBS / Love Big CBS / GOD TV / VH One English / NDTV 24X7 / CNN IBN / CNBCTV18 / Russia Today / Times Now / Star Cricket. Now tell me which DTH provides all these channels at a low cost ? None actually does except SUN DIRECT PLUS. Thats why I only vote for SUN DIRECT PLUS.

Star Sports 2, GOD TV, Russia Today, Love Big CBS, GTV SPV, Subhavaartha (very popular devotional channel), Suriyan TV etc many other popular channels not available on VIDEOCON D2H. So please don't talk.
