Yes there is not much different between dd free dish & dishtv for north zone dish tv subscribers day by day morning dd free dish & cheaper fibre for entertainment
Yes public want HD channels,
In Tataplay 111 HD channels available even Tataplay ott packages best in DTH very affordable prices,

Netflix also available with 5.1 etc...
When compare with Ses8 satellite,
G-SAT-15 best 36+ premium luxury ultra transponders,

When compare with DishTV here Tataplay top and best,

No one can beat & cross them.

Earlier Dish TV ruled the Indian DTH market, then Tata Play came and now it seems Airtel will soon be number one.

MSN link above showing more explained details

The Indian DTH industry, comprising four private and one government-owned operator, is seeing a decline in subscribers due to stiff competition from Prasar Bharati-owned DD Free Dish and over-the-top (OTT) platforms like Netflix and Prime Video.

OTT platforms and DD Free Dish are weaning away the upper and lower end of the pay DTH customers, respectively.

According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's (TRAI) Performance Indicator Report, the active pay DTH base has dropped 5% to 61.97 million in FY24 from 65.25 million in FY23.

Buddy if u see the DTH Subscriber base data since last 2 or 3 years then Tata Play already is seeing decline in customer base and even reporting losses so ur statement that no one can take a lead over them holds untrue as in latest report mentioned in this thread itself one can see that only Airtel Digital TV has managed to increase it customer base and revenues

Yes Airtel subscribers increasing but I'm comparing DishTV-Tataplay,
not 100% it's 200% sure Tataplay best very affordable packages with 111+ HD channels,

Actually people want these HD channels even 35+ active premium luxury ultra transponders,
G-SAT-24 best satellite in India,

Soon DishTV will shutdown those subscribers will move to Tataplay no doubt it's happening,
Because some HD channels not available in Airtel so Tataplay have ETV HD channels so many 4k internet based channels,

Best Packages
Best OTT affordable packages
Highest 4k internet based channels
Top in HD channels
Awesome in premium luxury ultra transponders 35+ even 35 is not a end sure they will buy some more transponders for upcoming satellite 4k channels.

What is "premium ultra luxury transponders" bro..... GSat 24 is having regular 36 Mhz high powered transponders and there is nothing unique about it..... Also Tata Play will use them as per need and not all at once

As far as affordability is concerned again it cannot be said that overall Tata Play services costs less than others, infact Airtel Digital TV and others too offer very good discounts on packs/connection

Dish TV will not shut down, best possibility is of a merger if losses keep on incrreasing ....1st they will stop using 2 satellites after contract for ST2 satellite expires in order to reduce expenditures

They are in ip position dude,
whatever it is, when compare with dishtv,
Tataplay best top class,
Prime minister of india & President using Tataplay, even we all saw that image in DDF,
Fact- we don't know how many Chief ministers using Tataplay.

I agree with you Indian government department mainly used tataplay play dth for their news & affairs on political.government schemes regulations for sports department health department etc .In india mostly district magistrate office used tataplay service. Note I also seen DishTV also used in many news agency channel & government office. Also DishTV not shut down completely because it powered which Essel Group, (also known as Zee Group ) subsidiary of Zee Media Corporation. This is my point of view
