I think its better to have a PCI Card for Sat trackers and posting updates in Forums. these cards r showing every small changes and updates . The FTA Recievers will not give them as i know but dont know about heigh quality Recievers used by Big International Trackers. .
For Example →
A FTA reciever will not give any updating info separately if a Testing channel bcomes a Active channel or change in EPG. we have to check those channels mannually but PCI Cards will show separately if any EPG Changes happens.
