Why d2h shifting channels to active window

it's Coz of carriage fee (which FTA channel pay to D2h and other DTH to put their channel in platform) and it's a special service(moving active window) by D2h for channel to renew their dues means when deals expired between channel and d2h.they moved channel to active window and when channel paid the dues toD2h.channel back to main screen (lcn) :k:tup
