The reason for Emma 2020 premiere being cancelled twice is because star movies/star india made telecast copyright strike on Sony pix

According to studio rights ..star movies bought rights for Universal studios in November 2020..and they get to premiere universal movies post 2020..

Sony pix holds rights for universal movies released before 2019...so black Christmas is last movie premiered by Pix

So now star movies/Sony pix fighting for the rights of Emma premiere nd universal movies released post lockdown
