Seeking Help Error B001 in Airtel Xtream

Im facing error b001 in many channels mainly all hd channels, and sd channels also going black screen on and off, signal strength going blank for few seconds... This is happening for me in my new xstream box , can someone help me. Cc no use , tried refresh also and reset also

Signal issue bro.. refresh Rest won't work.. needs chking of all equipment like LNB,Cable, Alignment..

Request for a visit from cc if your box is in warranty it'll be FOC. Orelse you may have to pay ₹150.. the company technician will adjust necessary things

It seems signal issue, the cause was cable plug used in the cable coming from outdoor , changed the cable plug and issue fixed

This started after i upgraded to xstream box from hd box, probably cable plug might be disturbed or damaged, i booked a request technician came and changed all connectors both side and charged 100rs for that, issue still continued later i changed cable plug myself and solved after that
