do you lodged complain to customer care bro or wrote down email to nodal officer because I logged complain so many time to customer care but all in vain I have a issue channel 329 m tunes SD showing error 109 still in vain after one month

Dinesh Jain bro one year ago in my sd box (channel 129-132) working.but hd box not working. I complaint to lco then he come my house chech hd box he is also not know what is problem.he say sorry to me and wait for it.after 3 months channel on hd box working.
