Good News ETV 25th Anniversary

Not to forget that ETV Telugu being an individual network from South India has premium HD channels.

Though they don't telecast some movies
(old ones mostly) in full HD, they atleast upscale it to 16:9ratio.

Their HD channels are way better than
Sun Network's HD channels.

Thats making it even worse. A movie is best when telecast in its original ratio. An example from an old Telugu movie -

First image is how old movies are. Like our old box type televisions. 4:3 ratio.
Second image is how channels change it to 16:9 ratio. Our new HD televisions.
Channels can simply telecast in the original ratio and make it good for viewing.


Some channels make it even worse by stretching them to 16:9 like a chewing gum and I am sure everyone has this -
