Etv want to make available in every region so they launching this channels in every region.

ETV may enter again with GEC, Movies & News genre in other region in future.

Not possible at all, ETV has deal with Viacom18 so they will not launch gec, movies in any language other than telugu, may be they will launch more genre channels in telugu.
In other market Viacom18 is present and ETV and Viacom18 deal is done so no chance.

Yes but in small markets like gujrati, punjabi, bhojpuri they should not launch this channel, audio feed is sufficient for them as people from this region are also ok with Hindi/English and if their mother tongue is there then ok for them.
They should launch ETV bal bharat in Big 6 language markets that is Marathi, Bengali and other 4 south markets.
I don't think launching separate channels in languages like gujrati, punjabi, bhojpuri which are very less watched will help them! Audio feed is Enough for this languages.

They already planned to launch in 12 language & got licence from mib also.

Those logos in the 12 regional languages need not be for channels per se. Those are only to show MIB that ETV intends to launch a Bal Bharat service in those languages, which need not be a dedicated channel, but only an audio feed on the main channel.

BTW, there should be a separate feed for ETV Bal Bharat HD. ETV can use the licence of the soon-to-be-shut down ETV Life HD or ETV Abhiruchi HD for it.
