Those logos in the 12 regional languages need not be for channels per se. Those are only to show MIB that ETV intends to launch a Bal Bharat service in those languages, which need not be a dedicated channel, but only an audio feed on the main channel.

BTW, there should be a separate feed for ETV Bal Bharat HD. ETV can use the licence of the soon-to-be-shut down ETV Life HD or ETV Abhiruchi HD for it.
So only one channel will launch with 12 audio feeds.

Wasn't it obvious from beginning? No point of wasting bandwidth by launching seperate feed when one can attract viewers from all around the country.

They have 14 licenses to launch in 12 languages. Total 14 channels will be launched. ETV BB SD & HD will have 12 audio feeds with separate content.

They have enough bandwidth to launch on Gsat 30.ETV having highest bandwidth on it that's why they are planning more channels.

One more thing is that tv18 group nearly 20 channels (including some HD channel s) still uplinking from etv teleport on Gsat 30.

Licenses don't come for free. No reason for them to go for 14 standalone licenses. Also, how will they fit 11 logos in one channel if that was the case?

Audio can be easily managed but logo? The problem for ETV is NTO 2.0 impasse. They can't push a new bouquet until this impasse ends unless they comply with NTO 2.0 so channel launches will take time.

Launching 14 kids channels is a bad idea. They won't be able to compete with global players.

It is not a bad idea, it's a good Idea by ETV network. Kid's can watch cartoon shows in their own language.

But there is no other network with kids genre in other regions except south region.
So no problem to get success by this channels.

Not possible at all, ETV has deal with Viacom18 so they will not launch gec, movies in any language other than telugu, may be they will launch more genre channels in telugu.
In other market Viacom18 is present and ETV and Viacom18 deal is done so no chance.
Viacom 18 is not there in Kerala though. Except News 18 Kerala.

It's ETV Bala Bharat Telugu With 12 audio feeds including Telugu also. In @Akash Solanki bros pics on the epg wrote as "ETV BALA BHARAT TE" & @Deep.S bro's pics wrote as "ETV BALA BHARAT T". So it is ETV Bala Bharat Telugu not ETV BAL BHARAT SD.
