I feel Tamil language channels is not in a mood to start HD channels,as of now  in tamil only 3 Real HD channels
Sun TV HD(showing ads in SD only)
Sun Music HD(Showing ads in SD only)
Star Vijay HD(one and only full HD channel)

And KTV HD (only some movies are in real HD other than that it is normal SD channel with HD logo)

I think following channels must start it's HD feed soon

Polimer HD
Zee Tamil HD

But -Star Vijay HD (Showing Some Programs on SD Only)

Star Vijay HD (one and only full HD channel For ads)
