Seeking Help Factory reset xtreme 3.0 manually by pressing reset now stuck on initializing

Kindly help me for fixing issue . I reset my xtreme 3.0 box but stuck on no command and after restart stuck on initializing now 3 light red in box and stuck on initializing.....

Hai could u please let me know what did u do to fix this? Because when i asked around some told me the software might have got corrupted and since its an android box we can actually download one and install. Again i have no idea how to do this... so any help or advice could be helpful. Thanks a lot!
