I am currently living in kharar, how much interruptions are in this cable due to weather and all factor?

I am currently using tatasky but it is too expensive. I have two connections at my home.

I use fastway cable hd box last 3 years.hd quality pirture & sound very good.
No weather effect on cable.
82 hd + sd=388 channels rs-400 monthly charge.
I only use single connection.do not know about 2nd tv.

P.s. HD channels picture quality is awesome but SD channels picture quality is below average to worst.

Only buy FW HD box if you are going to watch on 32 inch led tv because SD channels will not look good on 40 inch and above.

Fastway sd channels quality on cisco box is worst...no improvement from last 5 years.even box processing is slow.
