FDO on Base Packs (Monthly Packs) is made available effective 26th Oct'18 for any monthly pack modifications.
FDO order can now be raised for Monthly Base Package change and Order provisioning will happen basis the request date selected by the user Package compatibility check happens only during provisioning of order Order source will be FDO. User can view all the FDO Orders, under FDO Capture TAB Failure reasons are captured for every FDO created by user.
FDO is the future dated order to add or drop monthly base pack in future as per customer request.
In other words, users can now request CC to change their base packs (monthly) on a future date, before hand itself.
