Just wait for 5 seconds after removing Mini EPG banner, let us know if original volume bar is appearing or modified one? Scroll usually runs only for 5 mins at beginning of the hour, that too is not constant. Sometimes airtel tends to forget removing background scroll application even after stopping the notice flashed hence this could also be a possibility
