Forced Software Update for RDTV Altech UEC STB

Can someone who is currently using STB2 please look up the software version using the STB menu and post the current software version in the Altech UEC STB?

U can also Try Power Off the stb And Press Ch+ and Ch- on stb and start it, Leave the both button After The Change Led Color and screen Show Please wait Software Download.

I tried again and it works; Thank you very much Vikram for your tip.

For the benefit of an novice user this is what I did to download the software

1) Unplugged the STB (remove the power)
2) Re-plugged the STB
3) Immediately (within 5 seconds) pressed the channel up (+) and channel down (-) buttons on the STB (not in the remote) at the same time until you get the software download screen and wait for 10 minutes until the software download and installation is complete (don't unplug or disturb the download & installation). Once the software upgrade is complete you will see "First Installation screen
