Airtel Digital TV added 3,88,000 new subscribers in Q3FY24 (October 1 to December 31 2023) , this is highest gain which the company reported in last 12 quarters.
Airtel is doing tremendous jobs in adding new subscribers by providing one of the cheapest packages in DTH industry.
Also they need to improve in Customer care (on call) services.

There is Airtel offline service centre in my area (dedicated to Airtel DTH only) & they resolved my queries whenever I faced in Airtel DTH.
In July 2023 I opted for Airtel Safe custody and it is still in safe custody mode & it costed me 0/- (not possible to do so online)

+ I have bought another Airtel HD Box yesterday with 1 year Pack (to be activated on 9th Feb) from their offline store 👍

Bro I am having airtel dth 3 connection since last 12 yrs...My personal experience with airtel is very good..I even don't call airtel customer care for any help..I always call technical person directly and almost every time they solve my issue same day ..I only don't like the locking period of 30 days for airtel alacarte .. Recently I activated star sports 1 hd instead of its Star sports Hindi hd channel by mistake..I called customer care as they said we don't have any right to deactivate and refund the upfront amount of channel..I personally think they must have atleast 15 min grace period to reverse mistakes

Yes but if I give Tata Play 9/10 then airtel deserves 8.5/10 (no big gap)
But only little bit problem is sometimes their executive lacks information , no other issues.
I m using Airtel DTH since Oct 2022 & haven't face any issue which needs technical assistance.

I also have 3 connections (1 I purchased yesterday only & will be activated on 9th Feb)
In last summer I have mistakenly recharged my 2nd account instead of 1st which I want.
I called Airtel customer care & within 3 hours they have reverse my recharge 👏

Also Airtel has surpassed Tata Play in my area.

Still they need to increase PQ to match with D2h / tataplay and needs fav. channel list in single / double digit so that old age ppl also won't have issue in changing channels.

If they introduce 2-digits LCN favourite list like dishd2h,
Then sure I will move to Airtel DTH at any cost, because maximum Important channels available in Airtel.
