Actually there is real problem also like not getting Dolby audio when connected through tv, audio format says unknown but its working fine with xstream 3 box

Placed a SR now and they took it without any cross questions.. probably power of Black customer

I don't understand why they have started compromising on quality like tataplay starting with xstream 4...
