Who told you ckc or zp beats udayamovies. It is very difficult.udayamovies is king of movies,no one can beat um like TV9 kannada which was leading from 14 years in news section.

Don't expect more channels from any TV network, already Udaya movies lost more viewership from own channel Udaya TV and heavy Competition of Colors Kannada Cinema and Zee Picchar

Now they are going to Launch another movie channel Udaya movies HD to divide more movie viewership of Udaya TV and Udaya movies, this will create clear way to CKC and ZK for No 1 movie channel position

Yes.. they are telecasting new movies in HD format from the beginning chaddi dosth.. But recently PQ color shades is improved. Old movies they have acquired bad quality movies DVD prints.

Just 2years back Udaya movies weekly trp is around (200k to 210k+ ) . After launching CKC Udaya movies trp around 140k to160k .
But still ZP launch not much impacted soon it will also effect Udaya movies .

Udaya movies and zee pichher same type of movies more commercial bigg budget star heros films . Wait after 2years no undisputed king in No1 movie kannada channel.

If Udaya launch another movie channel then they nead another 300+ films ( to reduce repeat telecast movie's both channels).

Definitely The Launch Of CKC & ZP Has Effected Udaya Movies to Some Extent..
But They Cannot Cross Ratings of Udaya Movies.. They Both Repeat The Movies Too Much.. [Especially ZP]
Udaya Will Be Only Launching Udaya Movies HD Which Doesn't Have Wider Reach.. So Repeating Movies Doesn't Effect For Udaya Movies.. So Udaya Movies is Definitely The Undisputed King of Movies..

I Think No Movie Channel Can Beat Udaya Movies in Next 3 Years.. Udaya Movies is Very Strong in Rural Areas.. CKC or ZP Doesn't Have Large Library of Movies Like Udaya Movies..

Large or small movie library doesn't matter to stay in top 5 or being No 1 movie channel, Quality, movie Promotion and movie Premieres can bring any channel in top 5 within a 6 months

When suvarna plus launched, within a month channel entered in barc top 5 channel.suvarna plus beat uadaya movies and entered at top 5.but mix with movie and some entertainment shows.
