Drona - 6.9 TVR - 43 lakhs Impressions but
Gattimela/ Jothe Jotheyali - 15.5 TVR - only 54 lakhs impression. Why??

Because prime time MahaSanchike telecasting 2times . 8to9pm and 10.30 to 11.30pm (54laks imp) it is avg rating BARC and 15.5tvr is first telecast 8to9pm

Zee Kannada did so much promotion for
Shivaji Suratkal but it got only 4.6tvr.

Udaya TV din’t do any so called promotion for Drona and telecasted it normally just like how they telecast dubbed movies on every Saturday and
it got 6.9tvr.

Saturday means Udaya blockbuster movie.. people will blindly put that channel.. Minimum 5TVR are permanent viewers of that slot

Current situation kannada channels(my point of view)
ZeeKannada
Still previous before lockdown viewers not retained (some viewers retain chance high after Mahabharata end and with help of reality shows).
Gained high 6to7pm with help PSK ,currently this is balancing channel overl trp .

ColorsKannada
Now there are in better position than before lockdown .
Gained in serials almost 100GRP
(Befor lockdown around 280 to 300 GRP and present 400+ GRP )
Testing weekend reality shows Proformance (spacially MajaTalkies and KKP next season and if BBK8 also )

StarSuvarna
They enjoying success of dubbed shows Radha Krishna and Mahabharata and SeetheyaRama get avg success ( expecting around 3+ tvr normal weeks )
Real test starts after end of Mahabharata serial for channel .

UdayaTv
As expected before channel rating decreaseing .
They should should concentrate more on serials like interest in purchasing films tv rights .
My suggestion to UdayaTv
1. Change style of making in serials follow Colors, Zee and Star (because these channel making style good)
2 . Change channel graphics
3 . Serials nead repeat telecast so repeat serials atleast one time .
4 .Make Big events programs within small Gap ( Cinema awards , serial kutumba awards , reality shows events outdoor )

Now currently kannada channels Star and Udaya original and dubbed serials struggling to gain more trp. This time rebranding channel doesn't much effect Colorskannada, growth chance high on both channels.
My guess is Colors super gives tough fight to other channels.

Doing really well being a startup broadcaster compared to Kasturi, Public channels in terms variety of programs.
Financial struggle making the channel to do everything in the budget, as they don't have any umbrella channels to balance. But the base is backed by TV channel experienced professionals.

In coming days it can reach around 80k impression with availablity in all DTH

Aakruthi serial might get 2 - 2.5 TVR

Kavyanjali serial getting good views in all social media. Due to tough competition at 8:30pm people r choosing priority one. If it gets repeat telecast at 5:30pm, it would get better ratings. In coming days it can reach 2.5tvr minimum once Yarivalu (Aarka media) starts..

80k imp is achievable number for FTA channel but good quality of original serials should be nead (without film). Kannada market 6th GEC space still available .

Soon Dangal kannada channel coming
But both (Dangal &Siri Kannada) channels I didn't consider compiter to Colorssuper and other channels (because they strong basement in market and quality content original serials).
