From the looks of their ad, I feel it may get rebranded as Republic Kannada or Republic Karnataka.

I felt this because of following reasons:

1. Arnab announced that he'll be expanding in regional languages and Asianet News Network was their initial investor too. It will be easy to get good market share as it was strong number 3 since long time in BARC list.
2. Ad states "News is just not reading the lines written, but also to raise the voice so that it is heard", which is the brand identity of Republic Network
