Pvt Dth & cable operator really require that way to make & gain profit but DDFD not a pvt dth hence they dont think earn revenue by providing extra benefit like multi audio, promo channel etc. & they really dont care. When they make it paid then maybe they will do little more.

Indeed. It is owned by government like BSNL/MTNL, they don't care at all about improvements or user experience as long as things keep going on. Funding can be provided through tax payers money so what's need to do anything specially when the only competition was forced to withdraw out of India leaving the FTA market in monopoly.

No Govt. fault. lt totally free and we cant expect high rather even we pay to pvt dth, they cant fulfil our expeectation up to the mark. Actually our country doing great compare to many neighbour country, think of them & be happy

Why dd free dish doesn't keep same genre channels grouped together like other dth services

You can in your box replace the channels and keep one type of channels grouped together if you want so
