I am from Kanchipuram. I ll post the ss evening. After the update when i switch on the stb the last and most watched channel comes first and not the home channel...

This feature is good for People who watch one channel most of the time.. For example my parent's watch only SUN tv.

That feature will be available by just hiding Home Channels LCN :TUP

Since I saw you posted something today, can you confirm if the mentioned "few days" are completed or yet to come? If already completed, please share the LCN of these channels. I know the LCN of ETV Plus only.

I'm not sure if am the only one who faces this problem these days regularly..

Before when I used to call customer care, the call went through the CC representative without any hurdles..

But these days.. I try calling this 73558 number as well as the 1800 number for about 15+ times and only then I can reach the CC only once.. Everytime the call gets more than 7 mins, waiting for CC... the call gets disconnected saying.. thanks for calling.. Does anyone face this problem these days regularly?

Yes @avatar bro, me too facing the same. System says all executives are busy with attending other customers.. Now a days the only way to reach CC or to solve an issue is Email or Twitter interaction..
