I'm on VPC

Called Customer Care to Send Technician to update my STB

Today Technician came
& Can't update my 2222 HD STB

So, He just swapped my STB to another 2222box for free....

But still it was in old software......

Anyhow i got new stb.... hya

(As I'm in VPC.... i'll call them again to update my box.... later)

You can see two stbs in above pic
& He is a d2h Technician
