I have also written to cc about removal of News X, Ten 1, Ten 2, Ten 3, Ten 1 HD, Kolkata TV from Platinum HD pack. After going for annual recharge, expected existing channels to be available for the recharge period. I have asked for reimbursement of the amount for these channels or re-addition of these channels.
