It is not HD but SD with good quality comparing other SD channels. And please continue the discussion in general discussion thread.

also i have seen that many news channels also have difference in their picture quality.

english news channels like times now cnbc tv 18 r not so good in pq as compared to ET now.

the same is applying to hindi news channels also.

i think it depends on the tps. if any tp have more channels in it then pq ll definitely degrades.

colors pq is way better than sony n life ok.
zee n star plus have also good pq but lesser than colors.
mtv is better than zing.
