I was using D2h last year after that I did not recharge it. But today when I logged in I found that product number etc is missing only customer id is showing. Should I recharge it or not? what if after recharge it remains in disconnected mode?

before i have checked in website & d2h app too. customer can activate Star Tamil HD Premium / Hindi HD Premium & Sony happy india Platinum HD Bouquet Now they are Removing These Bouquet. very poor service.They are cheating to customer

First check if home channel is displaying on your tv or not. If it is then you may go for recharge else contact cc.
