my stb is always on power off mode

I guess 19 must be last update for ur box..if u r having issues call cc..thats only resort.

Pq aq all good..there was some issue with audio bt it was also resolved after update 25.

First dth..b4 i had cable with DEN stb..bt got fedup with my cable operator adding removing eng channels..so switched to dth..

i m from ghaziabad. i also have den stb but it is good. cheap n best.
d2h is also good but seems costly to me

Den is good bt for it to ve good ur cable operator should b good too..i only watch eng shws movies n news..so for 3-4eng channels i was paying extra to my co..which came around 300 a mth..and as u might knw power cut issues here..whenevrr there is powr cut cable is also gone..i am paying 385 in d2h getting all the channels . No worries even during power cuts..and ofcrs betr cust service than my co..all this for just 85/ mnth extra..
