Dishtv and D2h is one
But why this channels still not available in D2h Satellite anyone have idea about this ?

Their business model is designed in a way that they have made the ST2 satellite (which is used by D2H) as south exclusive. Dish TV doesn't consider those channels worthy of including in a south based DTH. This is the prime reason.
