This is different. I don't think even the customer care services have changed their attitude in customer grievance recently .. from the inception i am facing the same... cc peoples are not having proper knowledge...

This is the third time i got all of my channels deactivated. For re activation they are taking 8hrs. Can anybody wait 8hrs for channels resume??

d2h and TATA(SKY should start a channel known as Test Channels so it won't give sleepless nights to many
