I think they will add SD channels first
Then we can expect pending HD channels addition

First they should add more tp's on st-2 satellite because currently there are 11 active tp's only with having 550 + channels, most of the tp's are almost full.
If we want more HD pending channel, they need to add more tp's.
Note- D2h only having low no. of tp's compared to others.
