Signals usually disappears with heavy rain, no need to worry for that

Signal will disappear in heavy rain only,check your all TPs signal strength,it should be more than 70 percent average but some should be more than 80 percent,if it like this need not worry but if your signal strength on clear day is less than 70 percent book a complaint and call technician for realignment of dish

Signal goes only in moderate to heavy rains, not in light rain. Is it heavy rain?

I'm still amazed at the good signal quality in d2h during rains tbh.
