I have a small query, my friend is using d2h south platinum HD pack of 590/-, and now he want to take child connection to it, and price is 250/-, so the question is can he directly recharge 840/- to the one parent customer id, or there will be different Customer ID's.

Please provide your inputs, so that he can decide.

He has to recharge separately for both the ids. Because ids are different. Thats what I think but lets D2H Specialist Sadiq bro reply. :tup

Customer id is same on combined connections.

Product id is only different. You can recharge it via customer id in common. Need to be recharged for combined price of first and second connection.

Thank you very much Jerome.J Bro, So if the Customer ID is 123456, so he can directly recharge 840/-rs to that ID, which will automatically shift to Parent & Child connection, am i right?

Yes brother. A second connection in same home is like an add-on in first connection. One and only difference is reduced price of base package in second, if you opt same pkg used in first.
