Only 2 people using Reliance Digital HD in my area we both have boxes since 2012. Now-a-days, no new Reliance Digital HD/SD boxes available in Punjab what about ur area Bishnu15?

Asbper my personal opinion, mostly people left using Reliance Digital because of their poor customer care support. I seen a lot of people saying the same about their customer care on their Facebook page. On the other hand we have a DTH called Sun Direct which pays ultimate respect and carefully listen to customer and resolve the issue in high priority.

This is a wonderful incentive for deactivated customers by Reliance Digital. After a long time i have seen some offer from Reliance Digital.
