no bro i tell about 2014/2015 and yes agree cc is worst but depend which call center your line transfer. :)

bro most of times my call is cancelled after above 15 minute:(:'( & that's why send the email to cc;)

Hassan Syed bro first switch on ur stb for 2 hours if it working without no issue means it's will working fine & bro i have not using sundirect sd stb above 1year,past 3 month before i checked & it's not working,so please check ur stb 2 to 3times & bro for card pairing error means,cc will activation the stb but Rs.300 to Rs.600 for card pairing error:(:'(
