My cousin have an old Reliance Digital HD box which is not active since 2012. It has card pairing error last time. Can it be active once again or is it fully dead and no longer useable?

Hassan Syed bro first switch on ur stb for 2 hours if it working without no issue means it's will working fine & bro i have not using sundirect sd stb above 1year,past 3 month before i checked & it's not working,so please check ur stb 2 to 3times & bro for card pairing error means,cc will activation the stb but Rs.300 to Rs.600 for card pairing error:'(
