• AMS (Audience Measurement System) is a project run by Tatasky in association with our Channel Partner TAM where we analyze the viewing trends of subscribers.
• TAM (Television Audience Measurement) is our viewership measurement services partner and they are specialized in the same.
• To analyze the viewing trends of our subscribers and make our service better.
• 1. Currently about 14k subscribers are tagged under this project which is likely to rise up to 41k to 45k by November 2017.
• 2. The TAM representative will be carrying a valid TAM Identity card in Original along with the copy of the Tatasky authority letter to visit the premises and seek permission.
• 3. A dongle Vodafone or Tata Tele will be inserted into the Compatible STBs which would be carried by the TAM representatives.
• 4. As a benefit, AMS tagged subscribers will be eligible for Free Service Visit & Free Material replacement. For Customer Damaged scenarios, both visit & material will be chargeable.
• Some subscribers who are selected for AMS project may end calling if AMS is genuine and if they can allow the installer to install the dongle into the Tatasky STB, TSA to check if the AMS flag is available on the subscriber's account, basis this TSA can inform that AMS is a project by Tatasky and that the installer may be allowed to install the dongle.
• Subscribers with the AMS flag will be auto routed to the Elite Desk through the IVR.
• Subscribers tagged as AMS will be eligible for Free Service Visit & Free Material replacement
• Note - For Customer Damaged both visit & material will be charged.
• Every time a WO is raised for an AMS subscriber, the TSA should inform the subscriber to ensure the dongle is intact and inserted in the STB i.e. if the box is replaced the subscriber should ensure the dongle is re-insterted into the swapped box.
• It is already launched from 28/08/2017.
