Installed TS app...but getting this error

Recently I shifted HD channels from Dish to Tata sky, using Tata sky with 43 inch FHD led tv and Dish tv with crt tv.

Do I need to drop 175 pack and then call this number?

I tried without dropping previous HD pack and got below sms:
"Sorry we are unable to process your request. Kindly call the Tata Sky helpline for assistance."

You won't get HD channels from Add-on packs.
So English Entertainment HD Channels won't be available.

Oh ok, anyways I will drop English entertainment pack after Re.1 for first month offer expires. So will continue with this HD access pack.

BTW you can also get HD access fee for ₹99 if you are lucky. @Sagar is currently using that.
