Just before faced this problem on Star Gold SD channel. Now working fine

I have already seen this 3 or more times in a year.

i would like to know if TS will convert HD channels from MPEG4 to HEVC ??? and will they exchange existing HD STB with HEVC STB for free like how other DTH operators are doing as existing HD STB will not be able to receive the HD channels in new format.

Unable to tell now. Because currently they have much space to add more channels without compressing others.

I'm just 1.5 year old Tata Sky customer. So I cannot give you the answer. Hope anyone will answer your question.

I don't think TS will add Bengali feed. As in this message no mention about Bengali Commentary, but let's hope they realize it and add Bengali feed
