Most probably they will replace your lnb with a sharp quad lnb. Don't know 3 port lnbs are available or not.

Tata Sky OTA frequency? Anyone know about it? I have a Tata Sky Box and it is not getting OTA update. I have weak signals of some frequencies. Any idea which frequency of tata Sky having OTA in it?

@Pranab bro, just checked mine and neighbours HD STB and we are getting HD +!. Its in HD not SD. what is the issue at ur side ?

It was really frustrating to make CC guys understand the problem. I was forced to use 'id*ot', 'Nuts' while chatting & call. They were repeatedly asking 'What error message was showing'!
The problem not yet solved even after my more than 1 hour effort yesterday!

Pls go to organiser, system details and check bouquet ID and Bouquet name. It should be HD zapper
