For 1year. And when i choose for makemyHD at ₹30 for 5HD channels., Can i get Sony Rox HD?

Yes you can if you are going with Dhamaaka 199 then annual price is 2189 but you will not get any discount on music add on, that means you have to pay 50 for 12 month i.e. 50x12= 600. Means total cost for year is 2189+600= 2789.
*Note : No guarantee about prices hike for music add on.

And when i choose for makemyHD at ₹30 for 5HD channels., Can i get Sony Rox HD?

You can get it for only in Make My Pack.

That means with normal base pack we cant have makemyHD? Its mandatory ₹95? For all channels HDAF. Only if i req only 5 channels in HD

Sorry bro, just now read. Yes you can get 5 HD channels @30 but you need it's SD Version channels in your base pack.
