Remote how much old bro ??

Took Tata sky connection on Feb 2016. Circuit board manufactured in Aug 2012.
also, stb has a date (June 27, 2015) that's the date of manufacture.

During rainy season,how much TS gets affected by rain fade phenomenon? Does it suffer from frequent signal loss? Any long term user can please clarify this issue?

TS get affected by heavy rain and rain outage time is about 10-15 min only. I haven't faced any frequent signal loss during rainy season

Why did Tata Sky change minimum recharge from ₹8 to ₹20 ?!!
My DBR is just ₹5.91. So if i do a recharge of ₹20, TV will be on for 3 days even if i need to watch it only for 1 day.
