Friends, I recharged my Tata sky yesterday and received message on settop box. When I try to clear that message by selecting yellow button on remote I am getting message saying tata sky box has lost signal.

I am receiving channels without any issues but only issue seeing messages, is this issue appearing for all or some alignment issue ay my end?

I didn't faced this issue till now ...

Bro, factory reset the set-top box. if it doesn't help force download software

Check the SS and SQ if the channels showing no signal. Also check CH. 2031 and 2032

Today I called Tatasky cc they said that even latest STB is mpeg4 and not hevc.

The latest HD STB is HEVC. But the channels are in MPEG 4, may be in future they will be converted to HEVC.

Also the 4K STB is HEVC.

I don't get star movies hd+1. Contacted cc once got the Channel but again I face this issue. Channel itself is not present, after 353 I get only 355. 354 is missing
