I don't get star movies hd+1. Contacted cc once got the Channel but again I face this issue. Channel itself is not present, after 353 I get only 355. 354 is missing

New subscribers will not get the +1 channels. You will get these channels only after 3 months when the connection is taken.

Bro, factory reset the set-top box. if it doesn't help force download software

There was power cut and after that it worked by itself, I did not do anything
